Mint Sugar Cookies

Yields about 36 cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix
  • 1/2 C butter, softened
  • 1/2 tsp mint extract
  • green food coloring
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.  In large bowl, stir cookie mix, butter, extract, food coloring and egg until soft dough forms. Stir in mint chips and chocolate chunks.
  2. Using small cookie scoop, drop dough 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
  3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set.
