Hawaiian Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops (at least 2/3 inch thick)
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cooking sherry
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

  1. Whisk together the soy sauce, garlic, sherry, cayenne, lime juice and ground ginger.  Place the pork chops in a Ziploc bag and cover with marinade.  Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
  2. Cook chops on a grill (or grill pan) until cooked through. 
  3. Serve with pineapple, if desired.
