Perfect Breakfast Smoothie

Here's what you need:

1 cup frozen fruit of your choice
1 unfrozen banana (or ¼ avocado)
¼ cup whole milk plain yogurt
1/3 cup juice (apple, pear, grape, or other white juice)
Water
Optional: 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp coconut oil, melted

Here's what you do:

Fill your mug in this order: fruit, banana, yogurt, juice. Top off with water. Add your honey and/or coconut oil if using.

Blend and enjoy.
