Cleaning the dishwasher with vinegar : Own house cleaning business.
What I did today: -mulched half of the front yard (the half that didn't get finished the day before after we weeded the entire front garden, which takes up the whole yard) -weeded around the rhubarb patch out back -cleaned the bathroom (my weekly chore on our new rotating system) -tidied up the huge pile of scrap wood and junk against the back fence (future dump trip) -washed a bunch of fancy dishes that can't go in the dishwasher -repotted all but one of our indoor plants and started a few seeds (fenugreek, coriander, cumin) -biked to the market for bread and cheese -washed the fluffy cover of the cat's window bed -watched a parade -swept the porch -washed the front of our house with vinegar and a spongeBefore
So, it looks kind of organized, but really, it's a mess. The ziploc box was our "tool box" which meant constantly searching for tools. Sometimes the hammer was in there, sometimes it wasn't, and I bought a whole box of screws today, only to find that we had a bajillion screws sitting at the bottom of that g-d ziploc box. I wanted the cleaning supplies in one place, all the trash bags in one place, and to find a place to store the sponges. It actually doesn't look that much more organized now, but I can tell it is, and it will be so much easier to find tools now! Plus we can return the box of screws because, really, no one needs that many screws.
