(08/01/2019) The Blendon Middle School cross country program is still looking for interested students to run cross country in the 2019-2020 school year! It's not too late to sign up, but there are a few important steps that need to be taken before any 7th or 8th graders is eligible to begin practicing with the team. First of all, runners need to have all of the items from the following list completed:
  • Valid Physical on File with the school
  • Concussion Form on File with the school (included with the physical form in the link below)
  • Pay to Participate fee ($75) paid to the district by the first competition - please see the coaches or athletic director if financial concerns
  • Emergency Medical Card filled out and given to coaches
  • SCA/Linday's Law Forms completed and turned in to coaches
Links to all of these forms and additional details can be found by clicking HERE.

The Blendon Middle School cross country team looks to provide a positive experience to all participants and their families!  The team works very hard, but has a tremendous amount of fun on top of that! For many runners it is one of the most rewarding experiences of their young lives! If you have questions about how to become part of the Blendon Middle School XC program, please email Coach Rachel Dew: or Coach Rob Dew:

Thank you for your interest and support of Blendon Middle School cross country!
