Sweet potato and strawberry smoothie (v, gf, lf)

A creamy smoothie that delivers on taste and nutrition.
Vegan.
Serves one.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cooked, cooled and mashed sweet potato
1 cup strawberries (I left mine whole and with stems on)
1/2 cup chilled almond milk
1/2 - 3/4 cup cold water (or more milk if preferred)
1 tsp chia seeds

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
