Carob hot chocolate (v)

A hot chocolate alternative for one.
Vegan.

Ingredients:
1 tbsp carob powder (mine was quite a generous tablespoon)
1 tsp maple syrup
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup hot water

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat over low-medium heat, stirring regularly, until just simmering. Ensure the mixture is smooth (carob powder can be a bit clumpy) and whisk if needed. Serve!
