Tahini chocolate oat balls (v, gf)

Delicious, easy, and satisfying!

Vegan, no bake and easily gluten free (use GF oats)

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup + 1 tbsp tahini

1/4 cup liquid sweetener of choice - I used low GI Sweet Freedom syrup but agave, maple or rice malt syrups are alternatives

2 tbsp cocoa powder


Method:

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, stirring thoroughly until fully combined.


With clean hands, roll heaped teaspoons of mixture into small balls. Refrigerate for a few hours and then serve.


Store in the refrigerator.
