Raspberry-banana 'ice cream' (v, lf)

An easy, delicious dessert or snack that consists almost entirely of fruit

Vegan if using non-dairy yoghurt

Serves 1

1 medium - large frozen banana, peeled and cut in half
~1/2 cup frozen raspberries
~1 tbsp plain or vanilla yoghurt, or 1 tsp milk / non-dairy milk
1 - 2 tsp desiccated coconut, optional


1. Process the frozen banana and raspberries in a food processor until nearly smooth.

2. Add the yoghurt and coconut and continue processing until smooth. Serve immediately.
