Raspberry carob mousse (v, r)

You can make this and sit down to enjoy it in under 10 minutes!
Vegan and high raw.
Makes 2 to 3 serves.

2 small avocados (mine weighed about 120g each with skin and stone)
2 cups frozen raspberries (fresh would also be fine, of course)
1/2 cup carob powder (or cocoa powder)
1 tsp vanilla

1 - 2 tbsp liquid sweetener (agave / maple syrup), optional and to taste

1. Place everything in a food processor, and process until smooth.
2. Chill before eating, or just eat straight away.
