Peanut butter energy bites (v)

These no bake peanut butter energy bites have just 4 ingredients, but are entirely delicious.
Makes 8 - 12 squares.

1 cup puffed rice
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup currants (small raisins)
3 tbsp black strap molasses

1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
2. Line a square or rectangular baking dish with non-stick baking paper. Transfer the peanut butter mixture into your dish and press down. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.

Store in the fridge.
