Banana peanut butter cake in a mug (v)

A delicious, super simple treat.
Vegan.
Serves one.

Ingredients:

1/2 large banana, roughly mashed
3 tbsp non-dairy milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond)
1 tbsp peanut butter (or other nut butter)
1 tbsp golden syrup (or other liquid sweetener)
3 tbsp wholemeal spelt flour (or plain flour)
1/4 tsp baking powder

Method:
1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana, milk, peanut butter and golden syrup. Add the flour and baking powder and mix through.
2. Pour the mixture into a medium or large mug (at least 300ml, and bigger is safer). Heat on high power in the microwave for 2 minutes.
3. Eat from the mug or transfer to a bowl.
