Apple and mango flapjacks

A naturally sweetened snack or a breakfast on the go.
Makes a large batch, approximately 24 small flapjacks.
Vegan.

Ingredients:

2 cups rolled oats
1 cup soya milk
1/3 cup cashew butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 large apple, diced
100g dried mango, roughly chopped

Method:
1. Preheat your oven to 160'C (325'F) and line a square baking dish with non-stick paper.
2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir thoroughly to combine.
3. Transfer to your prepared tray and bake for 15 minutes or until golden and firm to the touch.
4. Allow to cool before slicing into squares.
