Hello Biology 11 Students! My name is Ms. Sheffield and I am a pre-service teacher in Nova Scotia. I have designed this page for students to use as a tool to help teach them about 2 major body systems that are a part of Biology 11. This page will focus on the Respiratory System and the Digestive System. My goal is for you to be able to gain a better understanding of these body systems in a more independent way from home.

There are traditional PowerPoints designed to help you understand the information within each system. These will be text heavy, but the goal is to make them as comprehensive as possible to allow you to learn from home. Throughout the PowerPoints there will be opportunities for you to check your understanding and FUN activities to be completed. These activities are structured to check and further your understanding from a different lens rather than just reading.
