Group Projects








The goal of our research group is to understand a broad range of macroscopic properties of polymers, bio-related materials and interactions at the various interfaces on a molecular level.  Our major research themes are ranging from the most common to the most advanced products in the forms of bio-membaranes, Extracellular matrix, self-assembled biomimetic structures, and nano_scale electronics. Recent works include conductive ink, inkjet printed paper chips, and 3D printers. Our activities are artistically sketched in the left artwork.  This artwork is based on our lab reserach themes kindly drown by Keraghen of Harvard University.  The final properties of the material depend not only on the chemical constitution of the materials, but also on its physical structure or conformation.   We are exploring fundamental aspects as well as applicable techniques, relating to the structure and dynamics of various materials.
