The production

The production zone is on the hill of the Catanzaro presila, on the Ionian sea, in Calabria (Italy).

The main caracteristics of the production are:

  • The field rich of wood humus
  • The not pollutted environment
  • The Mediterranean sun and climate
  • The variety of the fruit
  • The ancient cultivation tecniques
  • The natural dressing (green manure)
  • The manual collecting
  • The molitura: cold pressing

These caracteristics, give tho our organic extra virgin olive oil an aroma found only in nature. Lightness and healtness make this product good for the Mediterranean Diet.
