To calculate tibiofemoral shear and compressive force. Input Knee and Ankle joint references in the X axis, shank vector, resultant force and moment on the knee and knee flexion angle. Patellar ligament and biceps tendon modeled based on the article of Herzog and Read (1993). Output both components of knee joint compressive (FzKnee) and shear force (FxKnee) on the surface of the tibia.
