WoonSeong Jeong is a Ph.D. candidate and has been pursuing his Ph.D. program in the Department of Architecture at Texas A&M University since 2008 Fall semester. He finished his master’s degree in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign focusing on Construction Management and Information Technology: Evaluation of IFC2X3’s Capabilities to Support Cost-based Construction Progress Monitoring. After finishing the master degree, he has been studying on how to support sustainable design by using Building Information Modeling and Energy Simulation. His research areas are Building Information Model(ing), Energy Simulation, Construction Management, and Data Modeling.
