Bill Wright Burton is the Director of LibraryBikes.org, and a former Congressional candidate. He wrote the book "Anybody's Library Bike Book", and is active with bicycle sharing systems development. He is also a relative of the famous bike and aircraft makers, the Wright Brothers.
