Fillongley, England: 10/10/10 Frugal soup
"Was clearing the fridge of stale vegetation and was about to chuck out some ancient heads of celery, wilted brocolli and some crusty Stilton (plus a few home-grown courgettes). Hovered over the bin when I realised it was time for a 10/10/10 lunch break. Cooked up two batches - cream of celery soup and some brocolli and Stilton (plus assorted veggies). Lovely job - enough for lunch and plenty for the freezer. Best bit of all - cooker was being powered by the solar panel." - Melody
