Japanese White Sauce



What you need:


1 1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup water

1 teaspoon ketchup

1 tablespoon melted butter

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper


What to do:


In a Medium bowl, stir the mayonnaise and water, until combined. Add ketchup, melted butter garlic powder, sugar, paprika and cayenne and stir. Stir, Stir, Stir.


If you want to make it easier to get smooth, microwave the mixture for about 30 seconds. You don't want to get it hot at all, but just enough to help the mayo mix in well.


I usually refrigerate for about 30 minutes before using.


Store in an air-tight container in fridge.
