Fried Green Beans


What you need


1 lb cooked green beans

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon cayenne peper

1 cup milk

1 cup flour

Dash of salt and cayenne pepper


What to do:


In a large bowl, toss together 1 pound cooked green beans with 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper and 1 cup of milk


Soak for 15 minutes.


In another bowl, season 1 cup flour with a dash of salt and cayenne.


Dredge the green beans in the flour.


Deep-fry in 2 inches of  vegetable oil at 375F. For about 2 to 3 minutes, until golden.
