Marshmallow Goldfish Pops

  • 24 large marshmallows
  • 1 -2 cups blue melting chocolate candy wafers
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 24 goldfish crackers
  • 24 lollipops sticks


Melt blue candy melts according to package directions. Normally about 1 - 2 minutes in the microwave in 30 second intervals. 

Stick the lollipop sticks into the marshmallows. Dip the marshmallows into the melted chocolate and tap the excess chocolate off into the bowl.

While the chocolate is still wet stick a goldfish cracker onto the side of the marshmallow and roll the bottom of the marshmallow pop into the brown sugar. 

Set on a piece of wax paper to harden.
