Our excavation site is now open for our 2019 season on Sundays 12 - 4pm.  If it is your first time meet us by the cafe at Tam O'Shanter's Farm at 12 noon.

Training Workshops
In partnership with The Museums of Liverpool

At Tam O'Shanter Urban Farm on Bidston Hill

Session One - open to anyone over 14 years with an interest in Archaeology
'Introduction to Archaeology' and 
'Archaeological Practice'
Choose from 3rd May or 10th May
The session runs from 10.30am to 3.30pm with a break for lunch 

Enrolment fee of £10 payable in advance will be credited towards the membership fee for those wishing to join BCA.

Session Two - open to members only (due to insurance regulations)
On-site training at the group's dig at Tam O'Shanter Urban Farm
17th May (and 24th May subject to demand)

Session Three 
Finds processing training to be held at the Museum
Date to be confirmed later in the year.
