Belle Haven Mini-Grant Program


Belle Haven Mini-Grant Program offers small grants for local projects & events that benefit the Belle Haven neighborhood of Menlo Park, California.

The Program is supported by the City of Menlo Park and administered by Belle Haven Community Development Fund.

Submissions accepted:
  • Mailed application packets including all other requested information must be postmarked by April 4, 2017 to

  • Applications will be accepted in person until 6:00 PM April 4, 2017 at the Onetta Harris Community Center.

Incomplete application packets will not be considered

The following items must be included:
  • Mini-grant application
  • Mini-grant demographic survey (for statistical use only)
  • A itemized budget with items and their expected costs
  • "Before" pictures must be included for home/yard improvement (curb appeal) project
  • Proof of residential status
  • Letter of intent stating your commitment to carry out the work and submit the reports as described
