Belle Haven Mini-Grant Program


Belle Haven Mini-Grant Program offers small grants for curb appeal home improvement projects & events that benefit the Belle Haven neighborhood of Menlo Park, California.

The Program is supported by the City of Menlo Park and administered by Belle Haven Community Development Fund.

  • Submission Deadline is 8:00 PM April 7, 2020
  • Awardees are notified the week of June 2, 2020
  • Grant Agreement Signing on June 17, 2020
  • Projects completed and final reports submitted by June 6, 2021
Money awarded the week of June 30, 2020

Submissions accepted:
  • Applications will be accepted in person until 8:00 PM April 7, 2020 at the Onetta Harris Community Center.

Incomplete application packets will not be considered

The following items must be included:
  • Mini-grant application
  • Mini-grant demographic survey (for statistical use only)
  • A itemized budget with items and their expected costs
  • "Before" pictures must be included for home/yard improvement (curb appeal) project
  • Proof of residential status
