What We Do

What Exactly Does the Brook Glenn PTA Do?

The simple answer is: a lot! The overall goal of the Brook Glenn PTA is to improve the education, health, and well-being of our students. In addition to supporting our school, we try to offer a number of different programs focused on enhancing learning opportunities for our children as well providing safe, fun ways for students and their families to socialize and connect with others in the community.

In the past, the PTA has purchased or funded:

• New curriculum materials

• Multi-use rolling carts

• Materials for the Accelerated Reader program

• Supplies for chorus assemblies and art programs scheduled throughout the year

• Student admission costs for field trips

• Miscellaneous classroom supplies

• Student homework agendas

• New volleyballs and pump for gym

• T-shirts for after school clubs/programs

• New playground equipment

• Coffee supplies for teacher's lounge

• Additional copies for teachers

The PTA is also responsible for organizing the following events and programs:

• Themed Dances 

• Fun Festivals 

• Annual Talent Show

• Teacher Lunches

• Holiday Craft Show

• Skate Nights

We are proud of the many wonderful programs and events that enrich our school, none of which would be possible without the support of our Brook Glenn families and the local community.
