Authors are invited to submit original manuscripts, neither submitted nor accepted for publication in any other workshop, conference or journal. We solicit submission of original research, as well as experience and vision papers from both researchers and practitioners, and demonstration papers to demonstrate feasibility of research and its application on real cases.

Submissions should take the form either of a full paper of 8-10 pages (including references), or of an extended abstract of no more than 4 pages. The latter option is available to accommodate subsequent publication in journals or other conferences that would not consider results published in preliminary form. Submissions must be prepared with the ACM double-column format, using the template available at

All submissions will be handled electronically through the EasyChair conference management system. To register and submit papers, please follow the link:

Each submission will be refereed by at least three PC members.

The workshop proceedings will be published in ACM DL and the organizers will prepare a SIGMOD Record report. Depending on the number and on the quality of submissions, the best papers of the workshop may be selected and proposed to be published in an internationally recognized journal (subject to additional reviewing).

At least one author is expected to register for the conference and to present a talk about the contribution.
