Dr Ram Nath, M.B.B.S., M.D. (AIIMS) is Senior Consultant Eye Surgeon and Medical Director of Dr Nath A2Z Icare Hospital. His thesis topic during post graduation   was related to vitreous & retina. Subsequently, He was appointed as a Senior registrar at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi & was posted in speciality clinics like squint, glaucoma, paediatric eye diseases, neuro-ophthalmology, oculo-plasty, ocular trauma, fundus angiography, ultra sonography & lasers. During his long tenure at AIIMS, he was also assigned the job of teaching under graduate & post graduate medical students & Para medical staffs. His interest in research yielded many publications in national & international journals. He contributed in publishing books & chapters for under graduate & post graduate medical students of ophthalmology. He has varied & rich clinical & surgical experience of over 

thirty years in managing patients successfully.

He also worked as Senior Consultant Eye Surgeon in various hospitals like Narinder Mohan Hospital, Shanti Mukand Hospital, Red Cross Hospital, Lions Hospitals, Majeedia Hospitals etc. He is life member of All India Ophthalmological Society, Delhi Ophthalmological Society & Strabismological Society of India. He had ample opportunities to attend, held & organizes various seminars, symposia, conferences & workshops pertaining to his professional fields. He was elected to executive committee of Delhi Ophthalmological Society in year 2003, an organization of over six thousands ophthalmologists from most part of world. In year 2006, He was awarded Leading Health Professional of World, 2006 by International Biographical Society, Cambridge, England for his quality contribution to society.
