Porcupine Balls

1 tablespoon grits
1/4 cup of tomato juice
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 pound ground beef (raw)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon marjoram
1 teaspoon paprika
dash of pepper
1 1/2 cups tomato juice
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/4 cup soy sauce

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Soak grits in 1/4 cup tomato juice for 15 minutes.

Combine cooked rice with beef, egg, onion,salt, marjoram, paprika, pepper and grits-tomato mixture.  Mix lightly.

Shape mixture into balls about 2 inches in diameter.  Place in shallow baking dish.  Combine 1 1/2 cups tomato juice, honey and soy sauce.  Pour mixture over meatballs and bake about 35 minutes in preheated oven.
