My Favorite Corn Bread
1 - 9-inch square pan

2 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, melted
1 (12-ounce) can Niblet corn, drained
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream

Mix everything together and pour into a 9x9-inch greased pan.  Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 40 mintues.  Delicious reheated!
