Eggs with Anchovyserves 4print recipe
6 hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped2 tablespoons butterPinch of cayenne1 tablespoon flour1 cup milk1 tablespoon anchovy pasteSalt to taste
Cook butter and flour together until they bubble. Add milk and stir until smooth. Put in anchovy and cayenne and i minute later the eggs. Simmer 3 minutes and serve on toast.
