Carrots & Zuccchini

Carrots & Zucchini

1/2 cup butter
4-5 carrots, julienned
4 zucchini, julienned
Salt and Pepper
2 tablespoons orange marmalade

Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add the carrots and zucchini. Spring with seasonings and cook on high for about 3 minutes, or until just tender. Add marmalade and stir constantly until melted. Adjust the seasonings and serve.
