Chocolate Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

One box of Chocolate Cake Mix
1 Cup of mini chocolate chips
Bake as directed on the Cake Mix
1 cup of mini white chocolate chips
5 1/2 oz or 2/3 cup cream cheese
 To make the frosting, place chocolate into a small heatproof bowl and set the bowl over a pan of gently simmering water until melted.  Let cool slightly.  Put the cream cheese in a bowl and beat until softened, then beat in the slightly cooled chocolate.
Decorate with a round tip or other decorating tip of choice and sprinkle with peppermint candly sprinkles. Chill in the refrigerator
 for 1 hour before serving.
