Chive Cream Cheese and Cucumber Tea Sandwiches

Bread of choice
White, Rye or Whole Wheat
4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
2 tablespoons of chopped chives
1/2 English cucumber, sliced into thin rounds
Mix chives into the softened cream cheese.  Spread 1 side or 1 slice bread with the chive cream chees.  Top with a few slices of cucumber and then with another slice of bread.  Cut off crusts and cut bread into two rectangle sandwiches.
