Welcome to Better Birth!

I am passionate about pregnancy, birth, and babies! I feel it is my calling to serve women and their families in achieving a safe and satisfying birth experience.

I teach Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis classes and attend births as a doula, or professional birth support. I attend births in which the mother is using traditional comfort measures or hypnosis for comfort. I also teach an Intro to Cloth Diapering class and plan to add other baby care classes soon.
