Welcome to this site- Integrated Moves-Movement, Dance, Theatre, Therapy- inspired by the work of Rudolf Laban and his followers, who have researched the human movement potential and motivation through Laban Movement Analysis (LMA).
My name is Milca Leon, and I specialise in LMA and its application in the Performing Arts,
in body-movement education and in therapy.
I have graduated with an M.A. from The Laban Centre in London, specialising in Laban Movemnt Analysis, Choreography and Education.
I have been teaching Laban Movement Analysis for over 20 years to dancers, actors, singers and therapists at BA and MA levels in Europe and in Israel .

In addition I teach my own Laban based courses and workshops to performers, therapists, coaches, playback artits, etc in Israel and abroad.
working with therapists on body integration and expression
This site is currently in Hebrew, but I do work on international projects, e.g. the Laban for Opera singers, with Sarah Schinasi, an Italian opera director.
