Asian Style Tuna Burgers

These Asian Style Tuna Burgers are out of this world! They are packed with flavor and have a wonderful texture. They are also very simple, cheap, healthy and delicious. Enjoy!

Entire recipe yields 4 patties, 3 pts+ each

  • 3 scallions
  • 1 large carrot
  • 2 cans tuna in water
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup egg whites (or one egg)
  • 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

1.) Grate carrot and mine scallion.
2.) Drain tuna and combine all ingredients in a bowl.
3.) Mix ingredients together evenly and form into four patties.
4.) Cook in a pan for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
5.) Eat. Enjoy!
