This is what a lot of diet books and short term diet pills, or strategies do not address and which my book does.

There are 2 Main Causes of Not Losing Weight and Gaining Weight:
1. BAD FOOD ADDICTION
2. ADDICTION TO OVEREATING FOOD IN GENERAL.
There are other things which actually causes or worsens a bad food addiction and overeating food in general, which I will discuss in this book, and show you how to overcome these things like no other diet plan or book has ever before. Before starting any diet pleae consult your doctor.

It’s been about a week since that episode in the bathroom. She’s gone easier on the juice, and she’s feeling a little better about her tummy. I didn’t stop her from stepping on the scale this morning, and she saw a 3.5 pound difference. When she left, I took a turn on the evil hate machine, and I’m down a few myself. My mom and I used to joke about our inability to lose weight, saying we wish we could have anorexia for just a couple of weeks.
