ughhh, braved the rain to go grocery shopping, I needed chicken for the Rosemary Lemon Chicken I plan to make on Tuesday or Wed. I raided the fruit section, and bought all these great things, that are out of season, and thus cost more than my rent ;) I finally stopped buying cold cuts since all I ever do is waste them, I just don't do sandwiches for lunch. I sorted my food and added the new stuff, tossed anything scary and old...um unopened breadcand butter pickles from May 09...I don't eat bread snd butter pickles EVER so I have no idea why that was there actually. The top row us the dinner foods, like the Peckville UM Church roast beef dinner and left over Colarusso's pizza...in not exactly diet worthy, and random things. middle row is fruit, all hail fruit. I really could live off fruit if it wasn't so expensive. lowest row is my veggies and juices. the veggie keeper has cooking herbs and some garlic and such I even cleaned out my side sections, and realized I never have to buy salad dressing ever again.

In my attempt to eat healthy, I've started buying plain yoghurt, the "original" kind that's thick and sour with all the culture you need to clean your insides with... almost like bleach but yummier. I combined it with some Australian honey, raspberries and blackberries. I'm savouring every expensive bit of it... one small basket costs like USD7... they're pricey here. Now, all I need is some granola in them and... mmm.... heaven...
