Special District Transparency Information Pursuant to section 32-1-809, Colorado Revised Statutes, this District must provide information to eligible electors of who the current Board members are, election dates for 2022 and the positions to be filled, 2021 tax revenue, and the current District Mill Levy rate for 2021. Berkeley Water and Sanitation's transparency information can be found by following this link at the Special District Association of Colorado's website, www.sdaco.org/cora/, to view the information. Normal Meetings: The Board meets on the second Wednesday of each month. The meetings are held at the District’s business office, 4455 W 58th Avenue, Unit A, at 6:00 pm and open to the public. A copy of this posting is hung in the window next to the District's front door. The dates for 2021 regular meetings are as follows:
Addressing the Board Anyone wishing to address the Board on any issue can be placed on the Agenda by notifying the District 48 hours prior to the meeting. Concerns, issues and other matters can also be presented to the Board in writing. All correspondence addressed to the Board of Directors will be presented at the next scheduled Board meeting.
Invitations to Bid
Berkeley Water and Sanitation District is required to submit public notice in a local newspaper for an invitation to bid on projects that come up in the District. Berkeley Water and Sanitation District places their notice in the Westminster Window for a period of 3 weeks before the final bid is received. |
