== 0) Proper BTIP security - Zero Tolerance?

I think Zero Tolerance, for any security problems, should be the standard/default policy for all BTIP related security. Do the job right, lock all public doors, seems the proper thing to do, given the fact that crackers/thieves probably have automated systems to try every possible break in on every system they can access.
Thought: How does that apply with the current policy of "all BTIP members can edit the BTIP website".
So, an I really following "zero tolerance" myself?
Of course, BTIP is an informal, semi-professional, all volunteer, organization, with only small, volunteer resources (& currently backed by some of the computing systems of google.com ;) ). So, I recognize the security/resources tradeoff.
"Do what is best, within resources." How is that for a practical policy?
