2025 Dues Increase

Dear Berisford Residents,

I hope this message finds you well. As your HOA President, I want to inform you about an important update regarding our HOA dues. After careful consideration and review of our financials, the Board is proposing a 10% increase in HOA dues starting in January of 2025. The Board will vote on the final budget during our October 3rd meeting. Please see this link for our meeting schedule.

This adjustment is necessary due to ongoing cost increases from our Master Association (LMA), rising insurance premiums, and general cost increases across various services essential to maintaining our community. We’ve worked diligently over the years to minimize HOA dues increases and associated impacts on our residents, but this increase is critical to ensure we can continue providing the quality services and maintenance our neighborhood deserves.

We understand that any increase can be challenging, and we are committed to maintaining transparency and managing our funds responsibly.
