Large prawns/Lob star- 8 Nos,Onion juice-1/2 cup,Ginger juice-1/4
cup,Green chili paste-1 tea spoon,Curd-2 table spoon,Egg-2 nos,Flour
-1 cup,Bread crumbs-2 cup,Salt as per taste and Oil 1 cup.




Clean and wash prawn.Remove head portion and shell of the prawn. Take out black thread from the back. Flatten the flesh slightly using a
heavy object,ensure whole body is in tact.Add  salt,curd,green chili
paste,onion and ginger juice to the fish.Keep aside for 30
minutes.Make a batter with egg,flour and water.Dip the marinaded fish
in the batter and apply bread crumbs on all sides.Deep fry in hot oil
till golden brown. Serve hot.
