*The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny entry to, or remove from, any event, any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or contrary to the intended purpose of the event. This includes, but is not limited to, actions that violate the event’s code of conduct or create an unsafe or uncomfortable environment for other participants. Repeated or severe violations may result in a permanent prohibition from attending future events.
