The Gypsy Rose is run by Etienne DeYans, the Belgian-born Congolese restaurateur, legendary DJ who mixed in African music and Arabian sounds and the newest thing from Europe. Starting at 8 pm Etienne will regal us with his own rich musical mixes for the rest of the night. There might even be dancing ! www.gypsyrosebistro.com

Anne Savonie from Belgian Mondays has built this Fashion Show and Show Case evening thanks to the spontaneous offers of the following artists and artisans: Matthieu M and Dina Glore owner of “Petit Chou” who will be offering a variety of Choux at the event.

There is still room for other artists/artisans to present their products that evening.

Matthieu M will present his high-end, sleek, and pure fashion collection dedicated to an active woman. 

His models will walk around showcasing his creations. He will also exhibit his new « Maison » line, an homage to fine craftsmanship of pottery, home textiles, etc. All products are one of a kind and are all manufactured in NYC. www.MatthieuM.com

Dina Glore is the founder and owner of Petit Chou. Dina was raised in Belgium and has lived in Lebanon, France, Japan and the USA. Her international experience provides inspiration for the unique flavors of her pastries. A  Chou is a delicious, hand-made pastry, crunchy on the outside, sweet and creamy on the inside. Choux are made to order using only the freshest, natural ingredients to ensure a superior taste experience.
