Who We Are

The Belfast Humanist Group is a small, friendly group who meet regularly to discuss matters of interest to people who think that the welfare and happiness of human beings depend on the decisions of free thinking people rather than religion.
The group was formed in 1962 and although there have been many changes over the years, two of the founding members, Marion Simpson and Stanley Cowan, are very much active.
Come along to one of our non business meetings, sit and listen or join in; you will be very welcome. Our current venue has a bar facility and is easily reached by public transport.
