As we age, it is important to stay connected to our community and get the support we need.
To help our Bel-Air seniors stay involved, we have compiled a few of the organizations that offer events, activities and support services to seniors in our community.

Nepean Seniors Recreation Centre is part of the Nepean Sportsplex and offers recreation programs, trips and social events for seniors. They also have foot care clinics. To find out more, visit http://nepeanseniorscentre.ca/

Carlington Community Health Centre has a wide variety of services and programs for seniors. From medical care to exercise groups, Carlington offers a welcoming and supportive environment for seniors to meet new people and improve their quality of life. Visit the website at http://www.carlington.ochc.org/seniors/
