Strawberry Pop Rock Popsicles

  • 2 lbs of ripe fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 4 packages of Strawberry Pop Rocks
  • 1 cup Canada Dry Lemon Lime Sparkling Seltzer Water 
  1. Cut the rest of the strawberries into halves or quarters. Place in blender with sparkling water and puree.
  2. Pour puree into the popsicle molds, cover and insert the popsicle sticks. 
  3. Place in the freezer for about 3-4 hours or until fully frozen. 
  4. Remove from molds* and dip the tips of each popsicle into pop rocks. 
  5. Enjoy!
*To make it easier to remove them you can dip the bottom of the mold in lukewarm water for about 10-20 seconds.
