Concentrate on your music and not on the recording process with the easy-to-use Tascam DP-008 8-track digital Portastudio, which can capture CD-quality audio wherever you roam. You can use built-in microphones to grab ideas, plug condenser mics into the XLR inputs or plug a guitar directly in to lay tracks. There's even a metronome and chromatic tuner built-in for tight-sounding tracks. The DP-008 also allows you to digitally bounce tracks to make room for more, and touches like editing and undo make recording stress-free.
Each track on the DP-008 has its own row of knobs for level, pan and effects, just like Tascam's classic cassette Portastudios of the past. The effects knob sends to a built-in stereo reverb processor with hall, room, stage and other effects. Each track also has EQ to tailor the sound for your mix. When your song is complete, mix it to a dedicated stereo track while riding levels and flipping pan as much as you want. You can export your mix, or even individual tracks, as a WAV file.

I have gained weight...and it is a sensitive spot for me. On FB ppl didnt want to hear it, so I would hope that nobody gives me a "get over it" or "move on" on Flickr. Im trying to work through these feelings. I weigh 305. I have always been big but...never did I think I'd be over 300 lbs. Now the doctors dont just suggest I lose weight, they all but tell me to start planning my funeral if I don't lose. I just don't know where to start. I lack...help, most of all. Motivation. I just don't feel like I can do this. Not sure if i even WANT to do it. I know the benefits, health, life, feeling better overall, but....idk. Im a super procrastinator so I always say "oh one more cookie..." or "Ill look into gyms or go for a walk tomorrow....the next day...the next day." One day could be my last. I know this sounds morbid and all but....I feel like I want to do something, I need to but I also need help. I just wanted to vent. Sometimes things people say (not neccessarily just about me, but about obese ppl in general) they hurt. I take on, like, the pain of everyone and get really sad when I see ppl saying things that are so mean. I think....if you had ever had a weight issue, you wouldnt say those things. You would know how bad they really hurt. Words, at some point, cease to be JUST WORDS. Words can be daggers just as much as daggers are.weights
