2017 Christmas Tree Forest a success!!!

posted Dec 27, 2017, 2:09 PM by Bee County Historical Society
We want to thank the community in helping to vote for the beautiful Christmas Trees that were displayed at the Historic McClanahan House Museum during the 7th Annual Christmas Tree Forest Display. A special thank you to all the groups, organizations and schools for taking their time to bring in a tree, set it up and decorate it. All donations combined, to include regular donations, totaled $301.00 during visits. These funds will help off-set costs of maintaining the historic building in utilities, plumbing and costs of supplies. And, a big THANK YOU to ALL for helping with non-perishable food donations for the Beeville Vineyard Food Bank. We collected over 200 pounds of food for their pantry. Beeville ROCKS and we should all be proud of what can be done at times like these. Have a very blessed Christmas and a very Happy New Year.
